Designed by the esteemed Pickard Chilton Architects in collaboration with Cooper Carry, the lobby is not only a welcoming entrance but also a testament to the capabilities of W&W Glass, LLC. The project's emphasis on transparency and light is achieved through the use of high-performance glass, creating an inviting atmosphere for visitors and tenants alike.
The Avocet Tower Lobby utilizes a variety of premium materials that contribute to its sleek design and energy efficiency. Key components include vertical exterior walls made of Optiwhite low-iron insulating glass units, which provide clarity and minimize reflections.
