We start by understanding your project. Design intent, constraints, project stage, and what your team needs to move forward with confidence. This is a working session, not a pitch.

We work through your concept to evaluate what is feasible, identify system options, and flag anything that could create problems later. This is the stage where ideas get tested while there is still room to adjust.
Deliverable: Feasibility feedback, system options with budgets, and early constructability guidance through Schematic Design (SD) and early Design Development (DD).
Our in-house engineering team develops the structural and technical details for your glass system. We work from your design intent and translate it into an engineered approach, backed by real calculations and project-specific documentation.
Deliverable: Structural engineering, system details, and technical documentation specific to your project conditions through Design Development (DD) and Construction Documents (CD).
We confirm the system performs in coordination with your project requirements before anything goes into the spec. Structural adequacy, testing documentation, code compliance. Nothing gets carried forward that has not been verified.
Deliverable: Performance and testing documentation with pre-engineering confirmations.
With the system engineered and validated, we provide updated budget guidance and procurement considerations so your your team can work through Construction Documents (CD) with realistic numbers and no schedule surprises.
Deliverable: Budget guidance, preliminary pricing context, and sequencing input aligned to your project schedule.
We deliver spec-ready criteria, detail references, and performance requirements your team can carry directly into the project documents. If there are Value Engineering (VE) considerations that arise for review, W&W is there with the technical documentation to help ensure design intent is maintained and quality level is assured.
Deliverable: Spec-ready criteria and details, performance documentation for owner and CM/GC review, and W&W support through the VE process.
